Service Description

A Yoga and lifestyle program tailored to your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual needs. Using the science behind yoga, we tailor a yoga practice designed for you that addresses your physical, emotional, mental and/or spiritual needs. To support your practice, specific diet and lifestyle suggestions based on the science of Ayurveda are also advised. The package is divided into three sessions: 1. An hour-long intake consultation going over your personal and medical history and current concerns. 2. An hour and a half class to teach you the specific practice created specifically for you. You will also receive a document detailing each practice. 3. A thirty-minute follow-up consultation to review your progress and adjust the prescribed treatment. Clients receive 2 programs: short and extended. The short program is a 10-minute daily practice and the extended program is roughly an hour done 4-5 times per week. Issues that a Yoga Therapy Program can address, but not limited to: -Anxiety -Depression -Stress reduction -Trauma -Nervous system imbalance -Hormonal imbalance -Blood pressure -Heart disease -Lung related issues, Breathing -Digestion -Posture -Balance -Purification -Chakra issues -Sleep disorders -Nutrition -Aging and longevity -Urinary and reproductive health -Sexual Dysfunction / Sexual Pleasure Disclaimer: Yoga Therapy recommendations can include body therapy, corrective exercises, breathing practices, meditation, diet and lifestyle counseling and eastern thought principles. Yoga Therapists are not diagnostic practitioners but can address symptoms of pain, stress or discomfort, or a diagnosis from a healthcare professional.
